CONCLUSION
The results presented in this report and compared the facts in the draft 2013-2014 forecasts, it should be noted that the APAHC implemented the project without much variation in its realization. If achievements reflect actual forecasts, the means available to the APAHC could not meet the beneficiaries according to their needs. The APAHC was obliged to fall back on these founding members to go through before this demand. The APAHC seeking a sympathetic ear from ADRA to occur to the needs and requests from beneficiaries for the academic year 2014 - 2015 and especially the promises we've made to the beneficiaries. Another significant challenge is the high cost of rental vehicles for various displacements of the APAHC. The APAHC is a small structure without means.
We rely on the ASBL - ADRA Belgium
This year, the school year was held in September 2013 but in very difficult conditions. This is a very difficult time for parents who are faced with various difficulties.
For parents of children was BAKA BAKA catastrophic as these that do not usually make agriculture live by hunting it knows about stress by the State due to the protection of animals. This is as we have already said earlier this school year experienced various difficulties. Also we point out that enrollment in schools supervised by the APAHC have increased by more than half because of child outcomes-called schools.
Many other difficulties were recorded as follows:
- The increase in tuition fees and even school uniforms, sports uniforms and school bags.
- The difficulty in finding a hotel near the family
- The requirement of access conditions in a facility other than those imposed by the state (among others the purchase of benches tables by parents buying chalk and other accessories)
- The trade of some courses photocopied practiced in secondary and tertiary institutions
- In some schools especially in the countryside parents are forced to pay the salaries of temporary teachers despite their extreme poverty
- Increased enrollment in schools supervised by the APAHC.
Despite these difficulties, the APAHC as usual worked to help disadvantaged children and especially children BAKA who are firmly committed to go to school.
We sincerely thank our partners for their support ADRA BELGIUM very consistent in this action and ask him to continue more than once in this humanitarian effort to get out of this situation the BAKA and children in need. We promise to support BAKA more than in the past because their effort, commitment and results are encouraging.
The means for supporting the school year 2013 - 2014 have been allocated largely by the ASBL - BELGIUM ADRA who came to support the own contribution of the APAHC.
We urge us to express our deep gratitude to the NGO of everything she does and continues to do to enable the youth of our region to educate, which certainly guarantees their social integration.
The support provided at the beginning of school year 2013 - 2014 have benefited 90 schools and kindergartens in the boroughs Oveng, Djoum Meyomessi, Mvangan and Sangmélima for a total of 8360 students.
Also in secondary education districts Oveng, Djoum Meyomessi, Mvangan Sangmélima institutions and 35 college students were recipients of such support.
We have once again point out that the lack of table-bench is a real need for some schools.
